Vintage Trouble Gets The Vote OUT

By Charlotte Robinson, October 13, 2012
The Boston LGBT Film Festival presents a POP UP performance by Vintage Trouble this Sunday Oct 14th following brunch at Club Café in Boston. The performance starts at 1P. Come meet the band, REGISTER to VOTE & Get The Vote Out For Obama! No admission but get to Club Café early for brunch which is probably the best brunch in Boston. Vintage Trouble is currently on tour with Joss Stone & will be opening for Stone at House of Blues in Boston Monday Oct 15th. Vintage Trouble is a hot soul & rock band from Hollywood, California who released their studio album The Bomb Shelter Sessions in 2011 that won them the 2011 Classic Rock Award for "Best New Band." The band consists of lead singer Ty Taylor, Nalle Colt guitars/vocals, Rick Barrio Dill bass guitar/vocals & drummer Richard Danielson. Speaking of who… Vintage Trouble has been tapped to open for legendary rock band The Who for a 5-week gig kicking off in Sunrise, FL & will conclude on December 9th in Uncasville, CT. The Who play Boston on Nov 16th at the TD Garden. The Who are embarking on a 37-date North American tour entitled ‘Quadrophenia & More’. Surviving members Roger Daltrey & Pete Townshend will perform the 1973 album in its entirety, along with other classic songs from their catalog. Replacing the late original drummer Keith Moon & bassist John Entwistle are Zakk Starkey, Ringo‘s son & Pino Palladino on bass. The interesting member of The Who for me is Pete’s brother Simon Townshend on guitar. In the early eighties The Who brought me to London to be post production director for Simon’s debut video on MTV entitled “I’m The Answer.” Ah memories…:) Tomorrow Sunday Oct 14th Check OUT Vintage Trouble At Club Café 209 Columbus Ave Boston, MA. Performance starts at 1P. See You There!! :)
