Boston OLOC (Old Lesbians Organizing For Change) will present “Activist At Any Age: A Cross-Generational Discussion on Politics, Gender & Feminism” with Sue Katz & Sarah Pearlman representing the older generation & Bren Cole, Shaunya Thomas & Johanna Bischof representing the younger generation on Sunday, January 7th from 2P to 4P at the Brookline Senior Center at 93 Winchester Street in Brookline, Massachusetts. Join this fascinating multi-generational conversation about sex, politics, identity language & their life experiences as lesbians. Sue Katz stated, “This upcoming OLOC panel will feature five women representing five different life decades from their 20s to their 80s talking about their lives as lesbians. I imagine we'll hear wildly varied experiences of coming out; we'll learn about changes in the language we use to describe ourselves over the decades & I'm curious to hear each of their views of relationships and sex. We're anticipating lots of young women in the audience, as well, which is a departure for OLOC & will enrich the discussions.” OLOC Boston programs & events are open to lesbians of all ages, including transgender lesbians. OLOC’s mission includes their commitment to creating communities of older lesbians & solidarity with allies for racial, economic & social justice. Following the event there will be an early dinner at a location to be announced at the event.
