Big Gay Divorce For Jane Lynch

It’s always sad to hear about a divorce especially from a high profile lesbian couple like Jane Lynch & her wife Dr. Lara Embry. After her brilliant performance of “Little Girls” from Annie at the Tony Awards Lynch confirmed the rumors. They were legally married in Massachusetts 3 years ago in 2010 over Memorial Day Weekend after a whirlwind courtship of less than a year. Jane met Lara at a fundraiser in San Francisco in 2009 & they married at the Blue Heron Restaurant in Sunderland, MA. Dr. Lara has a young daughter who must be around 9 now. It’s always tough when children are involved. Lynch has release the usual statement that "Lara & I have decided to end our marriage. This has been a difficult decision for us as we care very deeply about one another. We ask for privacy as we deal with this family matter,” Lynch & Embry are California residents & a California court will most likely dissolve the marriage, though gay marriage is yet to be legal in California. The State however recognizes marriages from places where gay marriage is legal. California is a community property state, which means unless there's a prenup, Lynch & Embry would split all assets acquired during the marriage 50/50. Although Embry's has a striving practice Lynch has made a bundle on "Glee" & other projects. Sources report they don't have a prenup. Updates to Come…:)
