New York Bill Addresses LGBTQ Elders

The New York State legislature has passed New York S78A/7855 & when signed into law this critical bill will officially designate LGBTQ elders & older New Yorkers living with HIV as populations of “greatest social need” in state programs & services for older New Yorkers. This legislation will help ensure all older LGBTQ & HIV+ New Yorkers can access the services they need to age in place.
