Hate Crime Bill closer to passage: OUTTAKE BLOG™ 10/8/09

The Senate has passed the Matthew Shepard Act for the second time in 2 years. This time however the bill will soon be on its way to President Obama's desk, where he'll get a chance to make good on his promise to sign it. Updates to Come….:)
