Supreme Court Declines Anti Trans Case

The U.S. Supreme Court has declined a case backed by conservative groups that aimed to dismantle trans-inclusive school policies at Eau Claire Area School District in Wisconsin. Melanie Willingham-Jaggers GLSEN Executive Director stated, “Today, the Supreme Court rejected the baseless challenge against Eau Claire Area School District’s trans-inclusive policies.
