So with a few forward-thinking corporate partners & a small network of LGBTQ business owners willing to tell their story, NGLCC was born. We can’t wait to welcome you to San Diego for the 2026 NGLCC International Business & Leadership Conference!” Applications & nominations for the 2026 NGLCC Awards are now open. These awards recognize the outstanding individuals, corporations, small & medium enterprises, affiliate chambers & partners whose leadership & dedication continue to strengthen the LGBTQ & allied business community.
