Closing arguments are now scheduled for June 16th for thefederal trial on whether California's ban on gay marriage is
constitutional. Equality Forum 2010 in Philly is honoring the
two lead attorneys at their International Equality Dinner
tonight. David Boies & Ted Olson will be honored with the
15th annual International Role Model Award & CNN with the
8th annual International Business Leadership Award at the
National Constitution Center. Tony Maddox, Executive Vice
President & Managing Director, CNN International will accept the
award on behalf of CNN. U.S. Senator Bob Casey & Governor
Ed Rendell of Pennsylvania, Honorary Dinner Chairs, will attend.
