A Night of A Thousand Genders

The Gender & Family Project (GFP) presents their fifth annual Night of A Thousand Genders After-Party that takes place on Monday April 16th from 8:30P to 10:30P at the Edison Ballroom 240 West 47th Street in NYC. For the first time ever, iconic advocate DJ Lina Bradford will spin with her mother, Darlene Bradford-Williams in honor of transgender youth & their families. The event is hosted by the fabulous Dee TrannyBear & Lady Deja & the night will include a special performance by pop sensation Mila Jam. Join the celebration & dance for family acceptance. This year’s After-Party Host Committee includes Marlon Altoe, Garrett Awad, Sureme Laster Bey, Sam Broekema, Antonio Centeno, Rob Cordell, Rickie DeSole, Eva Fehren, Grace Fuller, Kevin Graves, Adrian Harrison, Herring & Herring, Cindy Krupp, Timothy Lee & Stephen Parahus. Also tickets & tables for A Night of A Thousand Genders' Concert & Dinner are  still available that takes place at 6P with cocktails & hors d'oeuvres & dinner at 7P. A Night of a Thousand Genders is honoring NYC Council Speaker Corey Johnson Honorary Co-Chair, Tiq Milan with the Community Award & Lina Bradford & Darlene Bradford-Williams with the Family Award. The Gender & Family Project (GFP) empowers youth, families and communities by providing gender affirmative services, training and research. GFP promotes gender inclusivity as a form of social justice in all the systems involved in the life of the family. Founded in 1960, the Ackerman Institute for the Family is one of the premier institutions for family therapy & one of the best-known & most highly regarded training facilities for family therapists in the United States. The Institute serves families from all walks of life at all stages of family life.
