Boston Pride Movie Night is featuring “Rocketman” at historic Faneuil Hall Marketplace on Saturday September 28th at 6:30P. “Rocketman” is the epic musical fantasy about the incredible human story of Elton John’s breakthrough years. The film follows the fabulous journey of transformation from shy piano prodigy Reginald Dwight to international superstar Elton John. This inspirational LGBTQ themed story is set to Elton John’s most beloved songs & performed by star Taron Egerton. “Rocketman” tells the universally relatable story of how a small-town boy became one of the most iconic figures in pop culture. This event is free & open to the public. Faneuil Hall Marketplace is one of the nation’s premiere retail destinations combining a rich history with innovative retail concepts. The cobblestone streets are lined with famous restaurants, ethnic food stalls & a wide variety of stores. Renowned for outdoor entertainment, Faneuil Hall has hosted many events & performances from acrobats & magicians to musicians & more. This one-of-a-kind marketplace has something for everyone & promises a memorable experience every time. The free screening of “Rocketman” will take place on Saturday September 28th in the West End of Quincy Market at 4 South Market Street in Boston, MA with pre-show activities beginning at 6:30P & the movie at dusk.
