Help Is On The Way Holiday Gala

The Richmond / Ermet AID Foundation is having its "Help is on the Way for the Holidays 18” their annual concert & gala celebration on Monday December 9th at Marines' Memorial Theater 609 Sutter Street in San Francisco, California benefiting Project Open Hand & Aguilas. The concert begins at 7:30P featuring performances by Broadway Stars Lisa Vroman & Sheryl Lee Ralph, American Idol & Recording Star David Hernandez, Hamilton Star Darnell Abraham, America’s Got Talent & Cabaret Star Shawn Ryan, Jazz/Cabaret Star Kim Nalley, Steve Knill featured on The Voice, Cabaret Stars Sony Holland & Jessica Coker & Lisa Viggiano & cast members from the Broadway touring cast of “Summer: The Donna Summer Musical”. Kenneth Henderson, Executive Director of the Richmond/Ermet AID Foundation stated, “People think the AIDS epidemic is over & we don't need to pay attention to it anymore. Events like "Help is on the Way" serve not only to raise funds for local AIDS services but to remind people that there's still a need for funding them. More people are living with HIV & AIDS than ever before in history.” The after party will take place at The Sir Francis Drake Hotel at 450 Powell Street (at Sutter St.) in San Francisco featuring complimentary wine, cocktails, appetizers & desserts from 9:45P to11:45P. Since it’s inception in 1995 The Richmond/Ermet Aid Foundation has raised well over $3.8 million for AIDS service agencies in the Bay Area & Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS as well as hunger programs & programs that serve & support homeless youth. 100% of proceeds from ticket sales have always gone directly to the beneficiary partners.
