One of the best Halloween celebrations takes place in the Village in NYC. The 39th annual Halloween Parade is tonight Oct. 31st, at 7P. The theme is “The I of the Beholder”. I guess that could reflect “I DO”..... Join hundreds of puppets, 53 bands of diverse music, dancers, artists & thousands of New Yorkers in costumes of their own creation in the nation’s most wildly creative public participatory event. That said Halloween is a night of trick or treat. You may walk into a bar or restaurant & see someone you want to see or not. So whatever comes your way tonight wherever you are have a fabulous & not so safe Halloween but BEWARE…:)

Tonight is the Halloween parade in New York City starting at 7P on 6th Avenue. Our LGBT community knows how to throw a party and Halloween is the most animated and lively time of year in the Village. Everybody gets to look fabulous, or horrifying, act over the top flamboyant, or what have you. This is the time of year when men, heterosexual or gay passionately dress up as women, gender roles and rules are out the window, and for this event the whole city is drawn in. I think, at this moment, everyone wants a little bit of the gay spirit.
