Land. Gay Ally Fran Drescher & Peter Marc Jacobson are
close to landing another comedy series Happily Divorced
based on Drescher's real life. It stars Drescher as a woman
who re-enters the dating world after finding out her husband
is gay & juggles her relationship with her current boyfriend
& ex-husband. Drescher & Jacobsen are the writers/executive
producers. Fran Drescher met her ex-husband, Peter Marc
Jacobson, in high school & they married in 1978, when she
was just 21. They split after 21 years of marriage & remain
close friends & now both set each other up with men.
I hope Ann Hampton Callaway will write & sing the theme as
she did for the Nanny…:)

Peter and I met when we were 15. We were just kids and didn't know who we truly were. We went through a lot together. We love each other dearly. We have even fixed each other up on dates! I more successfully than him, by the way. We’ve been working together on a this new sitcom based our relationship. Peter and I feel so blessed to have met each other and to still have a caring, loving relationship. Love is what we're all about.
